General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC)

1. Purpose and Membership

Membership in The Circle is subject to a prior selection process. Foundex reserves the right to refuse any application without justification. Once admitted, the member gains access to a private platform and digital services according to the chosen Membership Tier.

2. Rates and Subscriptions

The rates for the various Tiers (Member, Premium, VIP) are indicated on the site at the time of registration. Payment is made by credit card via the secure Stripe platform. Foundex reserves the right to modify its rates at any time; however, active subscriptions will remain unchanged until their renewal.

3. Events and Additional Services

An annual or monthly subscription to The Circle provides access to the digital infrastructure and the member network.

• Participation in in-person events (IRL), dinners, trips, or seminars is not included in the base subscription price.

• These events are paid and are subject to specific pricing communicated when reservations open.

• Access to certain events may be reserved with priority for the highest Tiers (Premium/VIP).

4. Right of Withdrawal and Refund

Given the nature of the services (digital content provided immediately after payment and network access), no refund will be issued after the activation of club access.

5. Exclusion

Foundex reserves the right to exclude any member whose behavior is deemed detrimental to the community or to the image of The Circle, without reimbursement of the membership fees paid.

6. Disputes

These GTC are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, the courts within the jurisdiction of Foundex's headquarters shall have sole competence.
